What the extension does

Founder X Worker analyzes an individual X post only after you click Analyze. It returns an opportunity score, an explanation, and a suggested reply. It never posts automatically.

Data processed

The extension reads the visible text and author name from the X post in your active tab. It sends that information directly to the Google Gemini API over HTTPS using the API key you provide. The post URL is used locally to open X's reply composer and is not included in the Gemini analysis request.

API-key storage

Your Gemini API key is stored in Chrome's local extension storage. It is sent only to Google's Generative Language API for key validation and analysis requests. You can remove it at any time from the extension's Settings screen.

Anonymous usage diagnostics

To improve reliability, the extension sends privacy-safe product events to Founder X Worker's backend, such as extension opens, analysis success or failure, reply actions, extension version, coarse context, request duration, and sanitized error categories or HTTP status codes. A random installation identifier is generated locally so aggregate and repeat usage can be measured without an account.

These diagnostics never include X usernames, post text, post URLs, generated replies, Gemini API keys, clipboard contents, passwords, cookies, direct messages, email, contacts, files, or general browsing history. Diagnostic data is used only to understand product usage and fix errors; it is not sold or used for advertising.

Data we do not collect

Founder X Worker does not request or collect X passwords, authentication cookies, direct messages, email, contacts, files, payment details, or general browsing history. Post analysis still goes directly from the extension to Google Gemini using your own API key; Founder X Worker's backend receives only the anonymous diagnostic events described above.

Third-party processing

Gemini API requests are processed by Google and are subject to the terms and privacy practices that apply to your Google AI account and API usage.

Retention and deletion

Founder X Worker does not store analyzed posts or generated replies. Anonymous diagnostic events may be retained for product analytics and troubleshooting. Removing the saved key from Settings deletes it from Chrome extension storage. Uninstalling the extension removes its local extension data according to Chrome's behavior.

Changes

This policy may be updated when the extension's data practices change. Material changes will be reflected here and in the Chrome Web Store disclosure.
